STAINLESS STEEL NEEDLE VALVE ASSEMBLY
All Barstock Valves and Manifolds incorporate the Bonnet assembly format shown below
External adjustment of packing seal in service
Removable bar handle of 316SS aids low torque operation and is available with anti-tamper or lock
Safety locknut
Dust cap on stem prevents ingress of contaminants and protects actuating threads
Dead stem through packing - giving ease of operation and less packing wear
Stem has rolled threads for smooth action, strength and long life
Bonnet locking pin - safely locks it to body
Stem above packing means no process contamination or lube washout
Stem has back seat for added security
Valves have trace code on body with original mill certificates available all to ISO 9002
 One-piece non-rotating stem tip joint located above packing - cannot work free
Metal to metal seal suitable for high pressure & temperature applications
Standard hard stem tip is AISI 316 ST/ST

P.T.F.E. PACKING
Maximum pressure 6000 psi (413 bar) at 100 C
Maximum pressure 4000 psi (275 bar) at 200 C
P.T.F.E. packing must not be used at temperatures over 200 C
GRAPHOIL PACKING
Maximum pressure 6000 psi (413 bar) at 100 C
Maximum pressure 3300 psi (230 bar) at 450 C
