OVER-RANGE PROTECTION VALVES & SNUBBERS
The overload protection valve automatically protects pressure instruments from damage due to an excessive pressure surge, and then automatically restores the instrument on-line when the pressure falls below the valve's preset value.

The valve can be factory-set by Ambit, or field set by a technician, and is available in either a brass or stainless steel body with various adjustable set ranges from 70 kPa to 20,400kPa. It can also be set to protect vacuum gauges from positive pressures.

The valves are suitable for gas or liquid applications.
